Devco Development & Engineering completed a 35 linear foot open trench project for the installation of one (1) 3-inch Schedule 40 PVC conduit. The project included saw cutting, trench excavation, conduit placement, slurry backfill, asphalt restoration, and site cleanup.
Saw Cutting & Trench Excavation
Saw cut the designated trench path to maintain clean and controlled pavement edges.
Excavated approximately 35 linear feet of trench to required depth and width.
Provided trench plating as needed to maintain site safety during construction.
Conduit Installation
Installed one (1) 3-inch Schedule 40 PVC conduit within the trench alignment.
Ensured proper placement and alignment prior to backfill operations.
Backfill & Material Management
Slurry backfilled the trench with approved 100-E-100 material.
Hauled away and properly disposed of all excavated spoils.
Asphalt Restoration
Repaved trench area approximately 3 feet wide by 35 feet long.
No grind and cap required per project specifications.
Project Duration & Coordination
Estimated project duration: four (4) working days.
Traffic control provided by others.
