    We hired Devco for a full turn‑key project directional drilling in San Diego, and they absolutely delivered. The crew started with precise utility locating via potholing, then handled all the concrete and asphalt excavation without a hitch. Once everything was clear, they completed the directional drilling and smoothly pulled in both a 2‑inch and a 4‑inch conduit exactly where we needed them.

    What really impressed us was the finish: they backfilled and restored the asphalt so cleanly you’d never guess the area had been opened up. Communication was solid the whole way, scheduling stayed on track, and every step felt safe and professional.

    I recently hired Devco Development & Engineering for a challenging Directional Drilling project in Torrance.     We had Devco handle a full turn-key underground job for us in San Diego, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. The project included utility trenching, directional boring, utility potholing in San Diego, and even building out some concrete pads.

    Devco did an amazing job on our project in San Diego! They did a directional drilling job and drilled over 1,000 feet. They also completed the utility potholing and found all the underground utilities, and even restored the asphalt and concrete after backfilling. They handled everything from start to finish, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

    I can’t say enough good things about the team at Devco Development & Engineering. They recently completed a turnkey directional drilling project for us in San Diego, installing underground infrastructure for our car charging stations.     WOW…What can I say, the DEVCO team saved me thousands of dollars in my electrical panel upgrade at my home in Temecula, CA. I was informed about a process called horizontal direct drilling as an alternative to trenching up our yard, our landscape, pavers, and concrete. DEVCO explored all options with us, and with their expertise, we did the directional drilling, completing the project in 2 days, and saved thousands of dollars in labor, and repairs.
